While working at Astrid and Miyu, I was tasked with creating procedure posters to support the day-to-day retail operations as well as a certificate to celebrate the employee of the month.
I created the opening and closing checklists in alignment with the brand guidelines so that the colours, typography, imagery and value symbols are cohesive with the brands overall theme and characteristics.
I renamed the employee of the month to 'A&M Crown Jewel' in order to better align with the tone of voice and overall aesthetic of the brand.
On the certificate is a light coloured arch, a motif used across all aspects of the business including in their branding, on their website and also in their stores (for example the shape of the mirrors). The reason for the arch on the certificate is to provide a space where a polaroid of the winner can be placed and then the team can use the space around it to write personalised and meaningful messages.
