During the interview process at Juniper, I was asked to critique their website and re-design it. Whilst their site was clean and informative, it was also uninspiring and lacked life.
I decided to create new imagery of female figures that were more organic than the original ones they provided. The rigid forms they had were not giving the right aesthetic and didn't signify a smooth journey through their weight loss service.
The female forms were then used continually down the page and gradually became smaller as the user scrolls down. They also became full of colour as opposed to an empty line drawing. The intention behind this was to show that as the user goes on their Juniper weight loss journey, they will become smaller and more fulfilled.
I also included an active word scroll at the top of the page that rolled through inspiring and encouraging words before landing on "Feel like you" as this is the most important one- it was imperative for their customers to feel like themselves and feel connected to themselves.
Despite being unsuccessful for the role, I learned a lot from this task and enjoyed recreating their website.
